One lucky bidder will receive this entire vintage baseball card collection (approximately 5,500 cards). Collection is made up of cards from 1909-1979. Nothing newer. Cards come from a mature collector. ALL ARE 100% original. Dozens are already graded by PSA, BVG and SGC. 

Put together by a lifetime collector seeking to build an extensive mid-grade, investment-worthy collection, the cards range from G-NMMT with few exceptions. The vast majority falls between VG and EXMT. Some of the checklists/team cards are marked and some early cards grade G or below but others are amazingly crisp. 

I’ve photographed and scanned groups of cards to give you an idea of everything that is included. There are stacks of HOF, star and listed cards and several partial sets, including: 

1933 Goudey - About a dozen cards. Lower grade but 3 HOFers and several low numbers are included

1951 Bowman - About 1/3 of the set. No Mantle or Mays but does include several HOFers and rookies like Irvin, Woodling, Maglie and Jensen as well as a nice group of high numbers 

1952 Topps - Not a huge partial set here but several stars are included and most of the cards are really really nice

1953 Topps - About 1/3 of the set with several stars and some high numbers

1956 Topps -- Mantle, Clemente and Yankees Team card are the highlights. Great start to build from. Mantle is actually nicer than the Clemente but harsh graded on centering!

1960 Topps - McCovey RC, Aaron and Frank Robby included in this nice little starter set

1969 Topps - Well over half the set and includes graded Jackson RC, Mays, Aaron and more

1976 Topps - Near complete set (About 540 cards) includes Aaron, Ryan, Schmidt, Eck RC etc.

In addition, there are nice little runs of cards from 1954 Topps, 1955 Topps, 1953 Bowman and lots of Yankee and Dodger cards from the 50s. Collection also includes lots of 60s and 70s star, semi star, team, LL and commons. Condition gets a little better as the cards get younger. From about 66 on the average is around EX. Auction winner gets everything shown in the photos and listed above and much more. Approximately 5,500 total cards. This outstanding vintage baseball card lot would make a great addition to any size collection and the highest bid will take it all home.
