This is a Service to repair ONE (1) of YOUR broken Induction oven/hub boards upon arrival to my office. The repaired board will be sent back to you with replaced components to make sure it can be re-installed in your range/oven/hub and work like new again.

If after examination the board can not be repaired, you will be refunded the purchase price of the service, you can also be refunded the return shipping if you don't want the board back, else you still pay for the return shipping for the board that can not be repaired.
Please note that attempting repairs yourself on the board often means that further damage maybe done, and then often even I can not repair it (no joke, no scare tactic, I have seen it a few times).  Additionally I need the ORIGINAL board for repair not a replacement you may have bought from someone or the manufacturer that isn't working.  This is important as firmware versions often differ and are not compatible. NEVER let them take your original board if you want to ever fix your board cost effectively!

Turn around time: once the board arrives at my office/lab in Ottawa via your shipping method add 1 business day for the refurbishing and then add time for shipping back to you via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Express post.

  1. To clarify this listing does not supply an item, you supply a broken board from the broken device and I supply the repair service on that board.
  2. Buyer pays for initial shipping to me in Ottawa Canada (local drop off welcome) out of pocket outside of eBay.  Tracked postage highly recommended. 
  3. Buyer also pays for shipping back the repaired board(s) to them which is included in the eBay listing price when you purchase.
  4. The board sent in must be complete, with damaged components in their original locations.
  5. By using this repair service you agree not to take measures to reverse engineer the repair process by; marking components, the board, or modifying them prior to repair, or by any other means.  If reverse engineering measures are detected your board may not be repaired due to a violation of this agreement.
  6. Boards that have previous repair attempts on them will definitely require an additional $40 charge to process if I opt to attempt the repair.

This service can repair your Induction Oven or Induction Cook-top if it stopped working and is displaying a model specific error code like E84, F47, E21, F35 etc or if 2 of 4 induction coils stopped working.  Check with me that your issue is related to the Induction inverter / board / power supply module before shipping.

After purchasing the service please contact me with your appliance Model Number, Symptoms and any error codes so I can assess whether the Induction board will be serviceable and what you may need to send in.  If the board(s) can't be repaired after the assessment via messages and you already purchased the service you'll be fully refunded.
If I am not responding to one of your messages, it means I didn't get it.  There are filters in eBay messaging, please resend the message and try to remove contact details or anything that might be picked up as such.

Returns/Refunds:
If you have a problem with a repaired board within 180 days (90 days before 27 06 2024) of delivery (which very is rare) please reach out to me, we will do some basic troubleshooting and if the board is the issue you will need to ship it back to me in most cases for examination and then correction or refund at my discretion.  I do not issue refunds without being allowed to examine the failed board; this is to prevent fraud and to diagnose the failure point, and in some cases to warranty failed components.
