AR heater is designed for heating inlays and dental veneers to improve the flowability during bonding,preventing premature curing of the composite material and heating the resin, injection nozzle, anestheticetc.AR heater adopts the precision circuit to control its heating module,

and keep the temperature within ±1°C .Depending on the material and personal choice, the temperature canset to: 40°C, 45°C and 50°C .

Operation

1. Place the heating base on a flat tabletop

2. Plug in the power adapter, then press the button“On/Off”to start heating. (Default 40°C after power on). 
3.After power on, single click“On/Off”to select the required heating temperature (40°C, 45°C, 50°C). The corresponding temperature indicator flashes during heating. When the indicator turns from flashing to ever bright, it means that it already reaches the required temperature. After that, it goes into insulation. Pleaserefer to Form 1 for details:

NOTE

1.Heating base and heating plate cannot be used as non-stick hybrid mats.

2. Avoid scratching the heating base and the bottom of heating plate while using.

3.To avoid cross contamination, do not use again the used heating base and heating plate before disinfection.

4.The heating base and heating plate must be thoroughly cleaned if the composite materialis stuck on it.

5.Do not use the power adapter that exceeds the applicable voltage

 

Cleaning and disinfection

AlI parts can be wiped clean with a cloth that dampens with disinfectant. Do not immerse any parts in anyliquid for cleaning and disinfection. It can not be autoclave sterilization.
