⦁ Order before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day, For orders after 1pm, they will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that NO orders are dispatched on weekends.
⦁ If the item returned back to us we will charge our a postal cost for refund or redelivery.
Returns
⦁ If you change your mind and wish to return the product or want to exchange the product you must notify us within 7 days of purchase.
⦁ We must receive the product within 7 days.
⦁ We will be happy to accept returns, refunds or exchange the product within 14 days of payment date as long as the product is not broken/used, with all tags attached and with their original pack.
⦁ It may can take time for refund/exchange the product.
⦁ Lost items case cannot be filled by informing us after 14 days of purchase.
