All returns MUST be in SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED meaning unworn, unused with tags (if applicable) intact and filed no longer than 14 days from purchase date; after that time we are no longer responsible – no exceptions!
There will be a 20% Restocking Fee.
Additionally, if an item is returned in a condition other than that which was sent, the cost of your return label as well as 50% of your purchase will be withheld or it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase.
All returns must be inspected and approved by us before the return is finalized.
