POSTAGE & RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold.

LOST ITEMS
I always obtain proof of postage and usually dispatch within 2-3 working days of cleared payment.
If an item is lost or delayed Royal mail do not investigate any claims until at least 15 days after postage. Please allow this time to elapse before taking action.
Royal mail do require a written statement explaining that you did not receive your item, which accompanies the investigation claim.
