These cartridges have been USED! These cartridges are in working condition and are LINKED! Some come with boxes others will not. Please NOTE: Cricut has made cartridges that do not include a booklet. SM cartridges DO NOT come with UNIVERSAL OVERLAY! Please NOTE for what ever reason, Some of these cartridges came originally packaged with a sticky like substance, on the cartridges themselves. For the cartridges that come in boxes or the contents of the items you purchase, you my notice, label paper, name or initials, marks with pens/markers/color item, discoloration/marks of some sort/scratches/dents among other things you would find with a used item.Once you purchase item(s) there will be NO RETURNS excepted.
