This item is simple to fit and still looks traditional, simply screw in place over your latch bar (Screws Included), when the pin is inserted the bar is prevented from moving.

Tip ~ for added peace of mind so nobody can lock themselves in ( kids / elderly). Drill a very small hole through the door where the pin would go, only enough to pass a needle through to push the pin out. Take care not to damage the face of the door.
