    Delivery Times:

    Every order will have a tracking number provided for you to track your shipment.  Checkout Delivery Times are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed.

    International Shipping & Customs:

    Taxes, duties, fees or other charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  All orders will be declared according to the checkout price.

    Custom fees MAY be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.  If the buyer fails to pay custom fees, NO REFUND will be issued to the buyer.

    If the item is seized by the buyer’s country, Miccus Direct will not reimburse the buyer for the lost item.

    For international returns, Miccus does not cover return shipping costs for any reason.  The buyer must pay for shipping and all other associated fees.

    We stand behind our product.  If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund or no-cost replacement within 30 days of your purchase receipt. After 30 days the item is covered by our 1 Year No Hassle Replacement Warranty.

    If the item is no longer wanted or does not meet your needs then simply contact us for an RMA number and return address. Once we receive it we will process a full refund less any original shipping charges.

    Items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, once we receive your item back, a refund is usually processed within 1-2 business days.  Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your original method of payment.
