Our, oh-so-wonderful Organic Kapok as imported by ourselves over the past 12 years to satisfy the growing demand off manufactures & craft folk who are looking to produce beneficial items that tick all the eco-friendly boxes from a British family business who have won awards as pioneering leaders in green innovation & best practice. The mighty Kapok tree with the delightful name Ceiba pentandra thrives in the Java Rainforest where it gains an amazing 13' per year climbing high above the tropical canopy reaching 230' in height, surviving for up to 300 years! The trunk is 10' in diameter. How wonderful is that! The silky fibres extracted from the pod [harvesters are paid a good living wage] are the lightest natural fibres on our planet, and were used to make life jackets
and buoyancy aids during world war 2. They are frequently used for acoustic and thermal insulation. Growing in the rainforest at an amazing rate of knots they are never in need of the nasty toxic pesticides and herbicides used by the uncaring producers of memory foam [here's a scary thought, foam pillows & mattresses will be in landfill for up to 1000 years leeching abominable poisons into our streams, rivers & Oceans] Our descendants will be pleased, and the Dolphins, fish, sea turtles, whales etc.

Please send payment within 5 days of purchase or auction end, or contact us if you need longer to pay.

When purchasing multiple items it is easier to add all the items you want to the shopping basket within ebay and checkout in one go.  Any offers or discounts are then automatically applied at checkout.

If you do wish to purchase items individually then please pay for all items at the same time when you have completed your shopping so any discounts are processed correctly.  If unsure then please wait for a final invoice from us before sending payment.  Any problems just let us know.

POSTAGE & DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched promptly and you will receive an automated email from ebay when we mark your order as 'dispatched'.  Postage will be combined whenever possible or if not possible we will find the best option available. Combined costs are automatically calculated at checkout.  For larger orders please contact us for a final discounted postage cost or wait for us  to send your invoice via ebay. Larger items will be dispatched via ParcelForce or other courier ,tracking number will be displayed on purchase order 

Most of our listing are with  FREE UK postage option on a listing, this is for economy postage which is estimated to take about 4 working days, although we are unable to guarantee the exact speed of a delivery service or that of your own country for overseas buyers.  If you do need your item more quickly, then please choose a faster postage option at checkout.  Where there is a postage cost on a listing, this is a 'postage and packing' fee and may in some instances include the actual postage cost and a small amount towards the packing cost.

We will ship on confirmed address on your Pay pal Transaction Details. If you would like to receive your item at another address ,please let us know via e bay message before purchase.

RETURNS

Please contact us within 14 days after receiving item . If you return item without contacting us ,we are under no obligation to refund .The buyer needs to pay for return shipping charges. We will reimburse return postage cost if it item is faulty  


ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST

Please don’t panic, items are very rarely lost or damaged in transit but as with everything there are exceptions to the rule and here’s what you need to do.

When signing carriers manifest be sure to qualify your signature and carefully add detail to explain the problem :; "DAMAGED" "CRUSHED" "WET" "OPEN" as applicable ..

Once you have signed  received in good condition [this is most likely printed/embedded on the manifest ]there is NO possibility of making a claim . In this case you MUST cross out :Good Condition" .


TEM NOT ARRIVED

Firstly, if your item hasn't arrived please check with your local Post Office/inquiry/collection office that your postman hasn't tried to deliver while you were out, it could be awaiting collection or you can re-arrange delivery for a day you are in.  We often receive parcels returned as 'not collected' a few weeks after queries about non-receipt so please do check.  If your postman has tried to deliver your item it will be held for 18 days at your local collection office before being returned to us.  Should your local office be unable to trace your parcel then contact us and we will do the rest.  A replacement item will then be sent to you.

You can get details of your local Delivery or Inquiry Office by phoning Royal Mail's dedicated Delivery Office information line on 0845 6050767.  This automated service will give you the address and opening hours of your nearest Delivery Office or Inquiry Office.

Royal Mail considers an item lost 15 days after the dispatch date within the UK (25 days for overseas post) at which time a claim for loss can be initiated with Royal Mail.  Where an alternative arrangement has been agreed and a longer or slower delivery service has been used, it will then be necessary to wait the maximum length of time for that service prior to making a claim.

We do take missing items seriously and all instances of items that fail to arrive are reported to Royal Mail to help them improve their service to customers and identify any problem areas in the service/network and to monitor areas where possible theft/fraud is being committed. Royal Mail may also wish to contact you regarding the loss.

ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED

There is no need to return the damaged item.  Please don't throw the item or its packaging away, contact us immediately with details and photographs and we will do the rest.  Where possible we will replace it or if that’s not possible, we will issue a refund.  Please hold on to the item along with its packaging for 28 days as Royal Mail may ask to see them.
