Looks to be in excellent condition, possibly unused!

Looks like it is a hood that could be worn with out the original coat as it has straps that I believe go under your arms and snap to hood to secure it in place! Also an approx 9” zipper in front to close under chin, or possibly comes up over mouth, not sure.

I am including a photo of the tag that is embroidered in to the interior of the hood that will give you the best description of what you are getting! Please read that as it is an important piece of this description! Turned hood inside out for some photos so that you could see the interior material as well.
