Engraving hold no colour, just text outline cut into glass
Please note that each glass has its own uniqueness therefore you may find a manufacturers blemish in the glass, such as an air bubble, a smudge or little line, scratch (moulding marks), which will not affect the engraving or the use of the glass,
Any questions, please look out for calling cards left as orders returned by not called for will require are delivery fee, courier will also incur a surcharge, larger orders maybe dispatched by courier,
On receiving your goods, please check for damages before accepting /signing, if broken please return to post man, and contact seller within 24 hours
