Please be aware. The adapter won't fit into mics that have the larger Gross Tuchel Connector installed (MD421-2, MD441-2 etc.).
A Gross Tuchel connector usually has three flat, blade shaped pins
instead of the three round pins in the Klein Tuchel connector. If you
are unsure, please check the connector of your microphone.

HQ Microphone Adapter Cable with
3-Pole Small/Klein Tuchel Female Connector (DIN 41524) to 3-Pole XLR
Male Connector. For the connection between vintage Microphones with
Small/Klein Tuchel Connector and Mixer/MicPreAmps with todays standard
female XLR inputs. The Adapter Cable is intended to work with unpowered Microphones and is also the correct adapter choice for Microphones with T-Power/Tonaderspeisung* (* please see further text. You will need a P48 to T12 Power Converter for for the operation with T-Powered Microphones).

adapter won't fit the Sennheiser MD21 "None N-Series" and won't work
with the Sennheiser MD421-HL & MD421-HN [These mics have a
different internal wiring]

The
following microphones do need 12V T-Power/Tonaderspeisung and must not
work directly with 48V Phantom Power. T-Powered mics do need a 12V
supply voltage instead of the common 48V Phantom Power. In conjunction
with the Rockmann 48V to 12V T-Power Converter, available in my other listings, these 12V T-Powered Mics will work perfectly together with todays 48V Phantom Power PreAmps / Mixers:
