Quite an interesting find! Is made by Dritz- 541N1. I couldn't figure it out at first - And I still don't know how to use it, but really is a neat vintage piece! Has rusty spots on the metal stand and pin guide (pics# 6,8,9) - also discoloration on the wooden ruler some in front and some at the back (pic#5, 9). It's a little wobbly but just need to tighten the screws a little bit. Please check photos and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!  Lot #2 (431)

Marker on ruler starts at 8 to 31, so is actually 23" tall approx.
Metal base is from .75" ( 2 on the sides ) to1" wide ( middle ) and about 1/8" thick
Weighs 8.9 oz.
