Wheelock Peoria Japan art pottery hand painted porcelain cabinet plate featuring a charming cottage and waterside scene.   This is extremely well done.  Excellent used condition.  There is some very light wear to the gold gilt trim on the rim.

If not mentioned specifically elsewhere in this listing, all bright shiny white/gold spots, any "filmy" areas and any uneven color tones are due to camera flash and overhead lighting effects.
