This dress was never worn outside the store and has never been altered.
The corset part of the dress allows women of size 2-6 to wear it. Personally I have cup size 34DD and wear tops/ t-shirts/ shirts that are size 2,4 and 6 (S/M or 36/38).

The box is pH neutral and are known to protect from fire and flood damage. It comes with 40 sheets of acid free tissue paper and cord carry in handles.
It also comes with a 2-hoop-train pettycoat. Depending on how "cake-y" you want it too look, more-hoop petticoats or no petticoat can be worn with this dress.
