This item is made of latex and could be applied with either spirit gum, prosaide or make up adhesives. 

This piece comes UNPAINTED. Each piece is custom-made to order and might have their own slight imperfections such as air bubble randomly if any. 

Feel free to use liquid latex, paint and blood to make the piece complete. You can buy the needed materials such as adhesive, blood and syringe on another one of my listings for the add on material.
