Returns

Due to health and sanitary reasons, body jewelry will not be accepted for return. No exceptions. Please know your correct size and be aware of any allergies or sensitivities  before you order. 

If you receive the wrong item or the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund if it's our mistake or it arrives damaged. We may require a picture and item must be in the sealed package. 

Tarnish is a natural process of sterling silver.  It is not a defect, nor is the sterling or metal damaged. Certain things may accelarate the process including face washes and skin chemistry. Care instructions are included, and tarnish can be cleaned very easily.
