Scandinavian jewellery is very well known for its design and quality and this vintage pendant is impressed on it’s back with the maker WIGGERS HANDMADE DENMARK. I have had this a while and when I bought it was told the pendant was silver as much of Wigger’s pieces are, and the chain is plated. I cannot test but was told it had been. It is really attractive with a purple stone encased in the design. I thought it was Very modernist with a touch of  brutalist.

It measures 2 ½ inches by 1 ½ inches and the attached original chain is 28 inches . I have cleaned it with silver cleaner as it had a lot of patina on it when I bought it and it is in good vintage condition  but I noticed it has a small dent at the top as silver is quite a soft metal, but it does not detract from this lovely piece. Not much of Wiggers jewellery on e-bay at the moment and pieces demand quite high prices. It needs really to go to someone who collects Scandinavian jewellery or will wear it as it deserves to be seen. So listed at a very realistic price for a piece from a Danish maker. Best on E-bay
