These genuine soft leather heel spurs pads offer extra comfort for heel spurs and planter fascists . Have no chemical treatment and have a cushion latex foam layer.  They have a removeable 37 mm centre piece which helps to give additional pain relief (please see picture) to allow for extra cushioning if required, so maximum relief and comfort can be obtained. The pads also have an adhesive strip to help retain positioning. Ideal for treatment of plantar fascists, commonly know as policeman`s heel.
