The "Big L" The Perfumed Garden Radio Shows
1967
Running time: 8 hours
In early 1967, Peel found work with the offshore pirate radio station Radio London. He was offered the midnight-to-two shift, which gradually developed into a programme called The perfumed Garden
These shows are over 40 years old. I have updated some them so they are of a better quality. It's definitely a trip down memory lane....

An annual tradition of Peel's Radio 1 show was the Festive Fifty, a countdown of the best tracks of the year as voted for by the listeners
Every Festive 50 from 1976-2004 including both "All Time Festive 50's"
Total of almost 10 GB supplied on 2 DVD's. A must for any Peel fan!
These Festive 50's consist of edited and unedited radio shows
The unedited ones are with John talking throughout and the edited ones are just the tracks
