This is an original 1953 Los Angeles, California Sanborn atlas map with updates. It is double sided with Plats 274 and 275 and includes Los Angeles County Police Department Headquarters and Health Department and other historic buildings, churches, mansions, parks and structures.

Plat 274 covers: N. Main Street to N. Los Angeles Avenue. 

Plat 275 covers: Commercial to E. 1st Street and from N. Los Angeles Avenue to N. San Pedro. 

11X14 EX Condition.

Each color represents a different type of building.  Pink is Brick; Yellow is Wood and Brown is Stone.  Square box with an X = Garage, Stable or Shed. Numbers inside the building indicate # of floors, i.e. 4F = 4 Floors. See key for what all the symbols indicate.
