This is for a vintage Humidor/Tobacco jar with lid.  I have been told this is German.  Measurements can be seen in photos 2 & 8.  This does have an identifying mark on the base (see photos 9 & 10) but I cannot make it out.  If anyone knows anything more about this item, I would appreciate increasing my knowledge.  Thank you so much for viewing my item.
