The polyurethane foam, will allow you to use the mold with extreme facility, does not require the use of release liquids, as it is releasing because of its flexibility, and will allow you to accomplish many square meters, without which the mold is affected signs of wear.
How to make the dough for the mold for casting.
The preparation of the dough for the molds, is according to the destination, indoor or outdoor, tiles made.
In a place inside, simply mix plaster dust or plaster, water, until you have a consistency similar to a paste toothpaste.
The times in order to remove the tile from its mold, are according to the humidity of the environment in which it will be realized, though generally within 20-30 minutes.
If the place will be outside, you will have to mix water, cement dust and sand, usually at a ratio of 1:3, but the proportions vary depending even sand moisture used.
In this case the times in order to remove the tile from its mold, will be longer, however by 12/18 hours, depending on the outside temperature.
Alternatively you can use the premixed products, used in construction to create the screeds.
THE COLORING
The colour of the tile in plaster or concrete, you should run it after completion, using < span class = "notranslate" > </span> iron oxide dust, at least 2 different tones, to be applied on the tile after realization ( on our e-commerce you will find an extensive selection).
Finally we always suggest to use a transparent silicone varnish, to further protect your work, which will also facilitate the cleaning of the tile.
Installation
• Use quality premixed glues.
• Apply the adhesive With a toothed spatula on a small area.
• Apply a generous layer of glue on the back of each stone.
• Stick the individual stones by pressing and simultaneously making destrosinistro and movement from top to bottom, from the glue protrudes on either side.
• Any burrs should be removed with a spatula.
• For joints we recommend using cleaning supplies
• After about 30 minutes or an hour (depending on the temperature), hardened body, but still
wet, scrub the surface of the grout with the brush handle.
• With a dry brush to smooth and clean surface.
• Warning: do not use wet sponges for cleaning the grout, water or acid-based products,
do not use brushes.
• It is recommended to treat the entire surface completely dry with a transparent waterproof
siloxane type pocket, all to preserve the surfaces from dirt and dust.
