This is an original hand drawn on linen 1938 G.W. Bromley, Fordham, Bronx, New York plat atlas map. It includes St. James and Poe Parks, 8th Regiment Armory and other historic buildings, mansions, parks, churches and structures.

Plat 22 covers from: E. 188th Street to E.196th Street and from Valentine Avenue to Grand Avenue.

The Index Key shows each color representing a different type of building.  Pink is Brick; Yellow is Wood and Brown is Stone.  Square box with an X = Garage, Stable or Shed.  See key for what all the symbols indicate.
