Quickwire is an exciting new product that offers a time-saving alternative to a traditional junction box. The Quickwire prewired junction box was designed to help electricians save significant installation time on site – all 4 connections can be wired in 7 seconds! Simply strip your wire then insert into the push fit connectors for quick and easy termination – it’s that simple. The push fit design completely negates the need for fiddly screws, clamps, clips or covers.
The junction box is prewired with clearly labelled entry points, for error-free wiring. Its compact design means it will fit through a 32mm diameter hole in the ceiling.
– For simple rooms with switched lighting circuits
Use a single Switch & Load to take power to a luminaire, and connect a switch. The second power inlet can be used to take power to another room, and connect a new independent lighting circuit.
– For multiple lights per room
Use Switch & Load and Splitter junction boxes in unison.
Use the Switch & Load to bring in power, then connect your switch. A Quickwire Splitter can then be plugged into the load inlet, to split the single load inlet into three separate ones.
The Splitter should be employed in a room or area with more than one luminaire. All cable entry points on a splitter are the same, and provide three ‘load’ inlets to plug-in extra luminaires.

Use the Switch & Load to bring in power, and connect your switch. The load inlet can then be connected to a Splitter.
The Splitter should be employed in a room or area with more than one luminaire. All inlets on a Splitter are the same, and provide three ‘load’ inlets to plug-in luminaires.
To move on to another circuit or room with multiple lights, use the second power inlet on your Switch & Load to connect another Switch & Load. You can then take power to the next circuit or room and start a new circuit with a separate switch. Use a Splitter as required, and repeat process.
