Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm on a working day. If a non-working day order will be dispatched on the next working day.

For express delivery or first class delivery, buyers have to pay extra cost.

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail 2^nd class and will require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

For orders cancelled after despatch. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

14 day refund, the Buyer is responsible for all return costs. We will also charge a 15% restock fee on all returns. 

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

14 day refund is accepted but The item must be in a fully re-saleable condition and complete with all original packaging and the item must not been installed or modified in any way. We will only process a refund once the goods are sent back in brand new condition.  The Buyer is responsible for all return costs.  In the event that your item is damaged or faulty you should notify us immediately by contacting us on Ebay. We will ask you to take photographic evidence and send it to us.
