·         It is for us (the company) to have a duty of care to fulfil our responsibility in performing all we promised on our website to the letter as to the descriptions of the replacement parts that we sell on our website/online shop so that without failure and ambiguity we deliver to the customers the exact same products as described in the contents of our online shops.

·         Equally the customer(buyer) has a duty of care to check his/her failed part against our replacement part - checking the descriptions, comparing and making sure it is the exact same replacement part for his/hers item(s) ... comparing Part Numbers, Product Codes and Manufacturers code where applicable to be satisfied before proceeding with the purchase.

·         Otherwise the buyer forfeits his/her right to return of good for refunds as we(the company) cannot be held responsible for any negligence in a case where the buyer purchase an item from our website/ebay shop without first checking and comparing whether it is suitable or right for their machine/electronics/electric appliances.          

 

Payment Method

·         We accept payment via PayPal. If paying via any other method, please contact us by e-mail or phone before buying. Payment must be received within 3 workingdays of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.

·         It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that payment is received in the due time as listed above

·         If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute  will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged

 

Shipping

·         All goods are sent either via Royal Mail second class post (up to 2kg) or myHermes 1-3 Days (up to 15kg)

·         Goods will be despatched within 48 hrs of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.

·         Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID

·         We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or myHermes.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We believe in all the replacement parts, brand new or pre-used, that we sell to our customers, to be wholesome and in perfect working order. But if the unthinkable should happen, and any part(s) we sold failed to fit or live up to expectation then it is within your rights to return the part(s) (except for local collections only sales) or item(s) for a full refund provided the item is returned within the 14 day period and in its original condition and package.

We will also like to inform that the buyer pays for the return postage as stipulated in our Return Policy on ebay and the website.

We also reserve the right to refuse any return of good(s) that does not meet our terms & conditions as stipulated on this website.

NOTE: If a buyer buys a "Local Collection Only" item and does not collect within 14 days we reserve the right to start charging at a rate of 15% the sold price for each day the item is not re-listed if the buyer decides to cancel transaction after the 30 day-period.

The only way to tell that you have received your item(s) from us is by sending in your feedback whether you are happy with it or not. Please do contact us if there is any problem with your order before leaving negative feedback as this does not help the seller or the buyer. We promise to do our utmost best to resolve the problem ... replace the item or refund your money as quickly as possible with unreserved apology. You know its very easy to leave negative feedback but it takes courage to give a positive feedback.
