This is a satin-feel bust and soft stretchy bodice halter top by Dynamite, in a Women's size small. It has a very long tie, and is elasticized at the top back, and around the hem. The empire waist band is elasticized. Very cute! This is a previously owned item, there is some small wear (stitching needs some attention at back as shown in photo)
