NISSAN NAVARA D22 2.5td Turbo Exhaust Manifold

These are a direct bolt in replacement for the factory turbo manifold between the head and the turbo, the factory manifolds are well known for cracking on these engines.


Made from the best quality 3.2mm thick steam pipe bends with 12mm thick laser cut flanges, these manifolds are designed to last and flow better than the factory manifolds.


There is also the 2 bolt plate on the end that the EGR pipe bolts up to, this is a complete blank off plate to delete the EGR system, this is very beneficial to the way the car runs. If you already have the other end blocked off, the EGR pipe can be removed entirely from the vehicle freeing up a bit of room under the bonnet.


As you can see by the photos these manifolds are a quality built item that is fabricated from steel steam pipe bends and not a cast iron manifold, this is great for performance and durability.

All of our turbo manifolds are heat treated / stress relieved to ensure a quality long lasting product. This is very crucial to ensure a long lasting product, this very important step is overlooked by the slightly cheaper knock offs and can / will cost you in the long run.
