Important Information

Aftermarket primary pan filters have been problem-prone in the 545RFE transmission.  This is because aftermarket filters often lack the purple pressure relief valve.  Due to a design flaw in the trasmission, transmission oil pressure can spike and cause the filter to fail and split apart.  The pressure relief valve will prevent this, therefore we only stock the recommended OEM or OE Supplier pan filters.
