This is a Sanyo IR-5441 universal remote control, and it is clean, tested, and WORKING.  The battery compartment shows no signs of corrosion, but the battery cover needs to be held in place with a piece of tape as one of the locking tabs broke off.   Price too high? Make an offer - we do not have a floor, and we love negotiating.
