Item Defect: 30-Day Replacement or Refund
When an item has a defect or is damaged during transition, please inform us of the problem within 30 calendar days of original order dispatch. Upon receiving the report, we will either offer you a replacement at our own cost or make refund of your order depending on your preference. Item Defect: 3-Month Warranty
When you discover an item defect or problem after 30 days of original dispatch, don’t worry – you are still under the 3-Month Warranty protection of your purchase. Please contact us to describe the conditions in full details, and valid pictures or videos are required to assist with the claim. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs both ways. Please note damage caused by improper use or accident such as dropping will not be covered under the warranty.
30-Day No Reason Return
