We do not accept returns for personalised items! Instead, message us with evidence and we will send a replacement. There is no need to open an eBay reurn and send anything back. If you are not happy with the replacement we will offer a full refund.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
We are proud account holders with Royal Mail. This gives us priority over non-business customers during peak seasons like Christmas. Most items ordered before 12pm are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12pm are dispatched next working day. The typical delivery time once dispatched is 2 working days. We offer 1st class postage for an additional £1.50, this gives a delivery time of 1 working day after dispatch.
Mugs are securley packaged in polystyrene mug mailers to ensure they arrive safely.
A4 prints are sent in cardboard backed certificate envelopes
