The packs are prepared using the following 3 simple steps:
1. Soak the sheets for 30-60 minutes in fresh water, ideally in the bathroom or other suitable container (warm water works better). Ensure that sheets laying down shiny side up and mesh is in the water.
IMPORTANT: do not oversoak sheets as cells make split. NOTE: the warmer the water - the fast it will fill.
2. After cells are filled with gel/water, shake / wipe excess water off and place in freezer.
Tip: When freezing more than one sheet, place plastic film or waxed paper between sheets or place inside a plastic bag to stop them sticking together.
3. Add the frozen sheets into your cool bag / shipping box etc....
Tip:
For lower and longer temperatures more packs may be needed for maximum
effectiveness

In the unlikely event that your order is delivered damaged, kindly take pictures of damaged packaging and/or product and forward them to us to allow us to claim compensation from the courier. We will happily replace damaged item once it is returned to us at no extra charge. In most cases we will compensate your return shipping cost up to 5.00 GBP.
