We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the USA! Your order will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We ship all items via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. First Class Mail is used for items under 13 ounces. FedEx is used for heavier items. If the package is over 10 pounds, then they'll generally be shipped by UPS Ground. Alternate shipping is available on request.
We will email a shipment confirmation on the day that or order leaves our warehouse. It will include your tracking number and a link to the tracking website.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We warranty our products to be free from manufacturer defects. If the item is defective when you receive it, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days. If you wish to receive a refund due to buyers remorse or return a non-defective item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund total and you are liable for return shipping.
Returned items must be unused with all original tags attached. Swimwear, Intimates, and Worn or Washed clothing cannot be returned. You should ship all return packages with tracking.
