Fish Curry
Ingredients:
75gm Faiza's Fish Curry powder
500gm tengiri fish
1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1/4 tbsp fennel seeds
25gm seedless tamarind
3 tomatoes - quartered - A
2 medium onions - sliced - A
2 ladies fingers - sliced - A
10 bulb garlic - peeled - A
3 green chillies - sliced - A
2 stalks curry leaves
100ml cooking oil
1 1/2 litre water
75ml light coconut milk
Salt to taste
Cooking Method :
1. Stir Faiza's Fish Curry Powder, tamarind and salt into water.
2. Heat oil in deep pan. Fry fennel and fenugreek seeds a moment.
3. Add (A) and fry till fragrant.
4. Add (1) into pan and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add coconut milk and fish and bring to boil. Remove and serve hot.
