CHECKOUT
You can checkout immediately once you've been declared a winner from eBay by clicking "Pay Now" from the listing page or your My eBay page. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. In accordance with eBay policy, payment must be received within 7 days of auction end. You must complete your order using the CheckOut process.
We accept PayPal, including all major credit cards thru PayPal.
When do we ship: We typically ship orders Monday through Friday (except for Holidays) within 24 business hours of receipt of payment. All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

All International orders are shipped via US Postal Service - First Class International
Duty, Taxes and Forwarding costs (if any) from your country is the sole responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT
For your security & convenience, we only accept PayPal. You can pay us securely with all major credit cards thru Paypal.
Ebay collects sales tax on all states that require it. Ebay calculates it and bills it at checkout.
Payments are due within 7 days of auction closing. Any unpaid items will be removed from your order and relisted. SilverSpeck will file an Unpaid Items dispute with eBay for all non-paying bidders.
RETURN
Your satisfaction is very important to us. That's why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If the item you receive is not as described, you get your money back. Please contact us and we will arrange the exchange or refund your purchase price. If you just want to return your item, open a Return Request and follow the instructions there.
There are no returns on International packages.
