Since Standard play records have monaural modulation, it is recommended to use the “MONO ON” function of your standard Stereo Phono Preamp to minimise any potential record surface noise.
Every diamond stylus will become worn after a period of use. The lifespan for styli is approximately 500 hours for a conical stylus, 300 hours for an Elliptical stylus, 1000 hours for a Microlinear stylus and 800 hours for a Shibata stylus. The VM95 Series dual moving magnet cartridges can be used virtually forever by replacing the interchangeable stylus.
It is not necessary to buy a completely new cartridge when your diamond is worn out, you can simply purchase the matching replacement stylus, and you can also enjoy the experience of upgrading your cartridge with a different stylus. The six models of VM95 Series cartridges all use the same electromagnetic engine-body, so each of the six replacement styli are completely compatible.

We ship all our orders from depot in the heart of Birmingham.
We provide FREE next day delivery on all of our UK orders, so long as you complete your order before 2pm (Monday - Thursday, Excluding Bank holidays). Orders placed on a Friday morning will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

- For our UK orders we use DPD Couriers (Next Day Delivery) who provide a personal tracking numbers with a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. For smaller UK orders we use Royal Mail (1st Class).
- For our international orders we employ eBays Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Which is highly recommended for its costs and efficiency. All the international orders are sent to a GSP depot here in the UK, before onward international shipping. You will get emails updating you on the progress of your order throughout the delivery process
We do not allow local pick-up for eBay orders, but if this is necessary please contact us prior to making your purchase and we can make arrangements for you.
For combined shipping you will need to add the items to your basket before paying for them, and then we will send them out together. For international orders eBay GSP calculates the shipping cost, which normally charges extra for additional items based on weight.

For Returns:
- The returns process must be started within 30 days of your initial order.
- We ask all items that are returned to us be wrapped in outer material (brown paper, plastic, clear wrap, black wrap or anything similar) complete with their original packaging.
- Any items that are damaged or have parts and accessories missing will be subject to a re-stocking fee or in some cases even rejected.
- Please ensure you contact us before returning the item to obtain a returns reference.
- You must also ensure you include your name, eBay ID, and the reason for the return; it will speed up the refund process.
- All of the refunds are processed with the same payment method as the original purchase.
