All of our goods are UK stock and supplied via our store.  We always strive to dispatch within 1 - 3 working days (usually same or next day).

Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail or courier (DPD Local, Tuffnels, or DX Freight depending on destination and parcel size/weight).

All of our items are dispatched via tracked services as follows:

Royal Mail 24/48 Tracked.

DPD Local Next Day (with a 1hr delivery window if a mobile number is supplied upon order.)

Please note the only service for Internaitonal supply is via the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP).  These are shipping via the same means as the above UK Mainland tracked services.

All eBay purchased items that are to be returned must follow within the eBay return proceedure.

Exchange

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to make arrangements.  In most cases the quickest and easiest way would be to purcahse the replacement item and we can then refund for the original item.

Please make sure the item is in original packaging with all accessories otherwise a full refund may not be available.
