Donegal/Belleek woven basket 8" across, 1" tall. I am not an expert and inherited this beautiful piece. All I know is that the plate/basket is in mint condition and what the back of the piece shows. It is marked 2003,#123 and initials PH. Absolutely gorgeous. Comes with box-see pictures. Some fading noted on box. Donegal is a subsidiary of Belleek, I'm told.
