Error cut flicker.  Flicker has image from 2 different inserts, About 2/3 of bottom portion of one and 1/3 top portion of another.  This flicker has all the indicators that suggest it to be an actual Vari-Vue die cut error, (1) it has appropriate die cut corners (2) over-flow of Vari-Vue type yellowed adhesive commonly seen on these type of rings (3) Appropriate ring base.
