Return Policy: Seller accepts returns of new, unused products only! Returns of new products will be accepted for a period of 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping. Seller will not accept returns of any item that has been installed or used in any way. All returns must be approved by seller before products are returned.

Defective Products/Seller Mistake Policy: Seller may offer a refund or replacement on any product that has been damaged in shipping or dead on arrival (DOA). Buyer will be expected to keep original packaging and documents on any shipment buyer believes is defective, dead on arrival or that buyer believes has been shipped in error. Seller will not offer a refund or replacement if proof(s) is not supplied.
