Please enter below personalization detail in the “Message to seller” box at checkout page:

• Your Custom Text (Name, Monogram etc, maximum 18 characters)

If buyer doesn’t leave personalization detail, we will contact buyer and if no response received we have to cancel the order. If you don't need customization, please leave note of "NO CUSTOMIZATION" at checkout.

We do not automatically send proof but please leave a note of "REQUEST PROOF" if you need one. If a proof is requested, the handling time will be extended for 3 to 5 business days.

Contact us if you want other fonts other than shown or if you have any specific requirement.

Standard shipping is 10-20 days to United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia and expedited shipping is 3-5 days. Both options available at checkout. If proof requested, another 3-5 days handling time will add to the shipping.

❤ Return & Replacement ❤ 

Due to the nature of customized products, we DO NOT accept return or replacement unless the item is proven to be faulty. Please read the listing description thoroughly and leave all necessary information (we will print exactly as you input so please pay attention to the spelling/caps). But please contact us if there's any question regarding your order.
