has 10 little cabs (photos sandwiched in between silvertone metal and acrylic dome cabochons) 

of the Sun, all 8 regular planets, plus everyone's favorite little dwarf planet, Pluto!

Chain is about 20" around.

(it can hold 3 US quarters with a teensy amount of wiggle room on all sides).

it has magnetic clasps, which don't sound like they'd hold it it together well enough, 

but i tried flailing one of these around and smacking it against stuff and it neither opened nor broke, so apparently it does its job pretty well.
