Once again, I hopped in my car and drove to my nearest KMART to get my hands on this first-to-market KMART COLLECTOR DAY 9 diecast -- MARY ESGOCAR -- officially available for the first time at 9 am on Saturday, October 20, 2012; it just so happens that my nearest KMART is 250 km away. And in another country. (I took my kids for the weekend this time and we stuffed the trunk of my car with Cars and drove back with freshly-purchased Shake N Go Sarge revving and yelling, "Attention! Kiss the pavement goodbye, gentlemen!" at us the whole way home. That didn't grow old after the first hour, not at all.) The point is, I made this cross-border run so that you didn't have to! 

This listing is for one (1) MARY ESGOCAR # 49 diecast with plastic components in 1:55 scale by Mattel. New, in package as part of the now-retired Cars 2 Porto Corsa series. Card is in good condition: the bottom right-hand corner is slightly frayed but the outer edge is otherwise smooth and all the corners are intact. The bubble portion of the blister shows little to no wear from rubbing and there are no cracks, creases or crinkles in it. Inside the package, MARY ESGOCAR looks great. A word of caution: I'm assuming the tray that she's holding is that rubbery plastic that Mattel uses for most of their Cars-related accessories. This may pose a chewable temptation to your littlest of little ones. Just be aware of that: small parts really may be generated. That's my safety lesson of the day. Play it safe.
