    We use Australia posteparcel & express, Fastway and Toll couriers within Australia. DHL Express for export orders.

    If the goods are defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

    If you receive your order, and you were sent the wrong products, please message us and include a description of the incorrect goods, your full name and contact details. We will arrange collection within Australia via Australia post or if more convenient we will refund your return postal costs.

    The products must be in their original packaging. You are required to accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. No goods will be accepted without clear contact details.
