Due to different computer monitors/ calibrations, colours may vary slightly from the pictures. If you require the ribbon for a large project it is advisable you purchase a sample first.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2/3 working days but often it is much quicker. We use royal mail and other reputable delivery companies, if you have not received your item, please message us and we will investigate this for you.

Returns
We are sure you will love your items however if you are not completely satisfied you can return any item within 30 days, in its original condition & packaging, the buyer is responsible for return costs.
With any return please include details of your order including your ebay username and date of order to ensure your refund is swiftly processed.
If the items are signed for delivery, then you must inspect the goods at the time of arrival as you will need to sign for the item accepting them as in 'good condition'. If items do not appear to be in good condition when delivered then they need to be inspected & if necessary the delivery refused. You can then contact us & we will try to resolve this.
In the unfortunate event that goods are received faulty or damaged then please contact us within 24 hours.
Items that are ordered & then no longer required must be returned at the cost of the buyer.
