Aqua Pro WATERPROOFING Joint Tanking Tape for use with Shower Liner and Decoupling Membranes
Aqua Pro Jointing Tape is ideal for us on wetroom floor and walls to seal floor and wall joints between sheets of shower liner or floor decoupling membranes. Aqua Pro can be fitted using a suitable S1 or S2 cement-based adhesive or rubberised tanking gum such as Mapegum which are all available from Living Heat and our eBay store.
Aqua Pro Jointing Tape is fully waterproof and designed to bond easily and strongly with all flexible tile adhesives and Mapegum-type rubberised tanking paint. This is thanks to its top and bottom surfaces being covered with strong multi-directional non-woven composite fibres which allow both tile adhesive and rubberised paints to adhere effortlessly to both surfaces. The inner core is a high-strength super flexible polyethene which will bend easily but will resist stretching. This provides a stable anti-crack surface on which to lay tile or stone.
