    Shipping Methods
    Domestic Shipments are made with USPS or UPS Ground (UPS is for large packages and is lower 48 USA only). UPS will not ship to PO boxes. If a large item is required to ship with UPS, a physical address will be needed to complete shipment.

    If you have an issue with your item, please contact us, we want to help. We have a 30-Day return policy for new items. You can request a replacement, exchange, or a refund. Used items are sold "as-is". Refunds are for the price paid minus shipping costs, and processing fees. Please contact us first in order to do a return. Returned items must be in original packaging complete with all accessories. Missing packaging/accessories will result in restock fees, and/or possible refusal of return.
